Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Delivery is typically completed within 2 days in Dhaka and 3-4 days outside of Dhaka.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy
We ship all over Bangladesh.
Free shipping is available for a limited time within Dhaka.
A shipping fee of BDT 70 applies for deliveries outside Dhaka.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 2 days in Dhaka.
Deliveries outside of Dhaka are completed within 3-4 days.
Expedited shipping options are currently not available.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the return being approved.

All listed products are subject to availability.
